    Order processing

    Each Raconteo book is custom-made according to your specifications. After your order is confirmed, production of your book typically begins within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is being processed.

    Delivery times

    Delivery times vary depending on your location and include both production and shipping time:

    These times are estimates and may vary depending on peak demand periods, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at the time of your order based on your delivery address and the number of books ordered. The exact costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

    Order tracking

    Once your book has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time. If you do not receive this notification, check your spam folder or contact us.

    Delivery address

    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the situation.

    International deliveries and customs

    For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. We recommend contacting your local customs office to learn about applicable regulations.

    Damaged or lost package

    If there is a problem with your delivery:

    • Damaged package — Report it within 7 days of receipt with photos of the package and the book. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
    • Lost package — If your package does not arrive within the estimated time plus 10 days, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution (reshipment or refund).
